Notes
Notes on the ice cream
You have to keep in mind that this version of mango ice cream will not be creamy. What will give it creaminess is milk or a similar product, such as vegetable milk, cream or heavy cream. If you feel that your mixture is too runny and you want it thicker, then add more mango. Besides, doing this will make your ice cream purer in terms of fruit flavor.
We do not specify the sweetener, as this will depend on the person, if you do not have problems, you can easily sweeten it with regular refined sugar. On the other hand, if you have sugar problems or want a healthier option, you can opt for a sweetener of your choice. Or, as we recommend, sweeten with honey, which will not negatively affect your health.
When consuming your ice cream, you can accompany it with the usual toppings such as caramel rain, chocolate, with syrup. Although you can also accompany it with nuts, almonds and/or crushed hazelnuts. Mango ice cream is not one of the most common flavors, but it is a good choice for when you want to vary among the most common flavors.
